Reservation Policy

We strongly recommend that you do not book if you anticipate having to cancel.

• Deposits for reservations in May, June, September and October will only be refunded providing we receive 30 days notice prior to check-in and we are able to fill your vacancy.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. 

• Overnight/Additional guests must be registered by the registered guest and paid for at the office.

• ARRIVAL TIME 2pm-6pm. Please contact the office if you plan to arrive late. Check Out Time is 10 am.

• Please provide your credit card when you check in.

 

Long Beach Cottage Rules

 

Smoking is not permitted in our cottages.  If you choose to smoke please be respectful of others.  Please ensure your cigarette butts are deposited in a fire safe container, not on our yards or beach. Marijuana smoking is prohibited in our cottages, playground, and beach.

Quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00 am – please be considerate of your neighbour cottagers

Any visitors that are not listed on your rental agreement must register in the office

Garbage and recycling bins are provided in front of the office.  Please use the appropriate one when disposing of your waste.

Negligent or willful behavior by any person accommodated at or visiting the property where the consequences to the property could have been foreseen by a reasonable person, including damage caused by animals belonging to any person accommodated at or visiting the property

•     Cleaning charges where the Property has not been left in a condition as Keep the Property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings, chattels and effects in or about the Property in the same state of repair and condition as found at the commencement of the Rental

• Any damage or loss that is not reported to office prior to the Property being vacated.

In the event Long Beach management is not notified prior to The Renter's departure from the Property , a charge for the full cost of repair/replacement will be made on the credit card supplied at the time of booking.

 

 

No Pets are allowed in Long Beach Cottages.
